Harrowing tales
Last night while cooking dinner, Lauren and I faced off against the most savage warrior in the army of nature's fury--the electrical fire.
Luckily, armed with my strategic advice ("Unplug it!") and a powerful weapon (baking soda), Lauren was able to fell the monsterous beast before it consumed our kitchen.
(I later averted another disaster when I "Turned off the oven at 11:00PM," but Lauren doesn't know about that yet).
Today, a vile wasp invaded the office, and it fell upon the testing department (my troops) to pull it out of the sky and into the cold embrace of waspy death--which we did in a hail of rubberbands and several magazine strikes.
