Oddly enough, a normal day for Superboy rarely involves doing anything more super than running to school at Mach 2 because he's missed the bus yet again (and Clark refuses to let him use the truck). The school day is spent in a daze, then it's time for farmwork and homework.
At around 6, he peels off the plaid, and flies off to Metropolis in his costume (well, jeans and a black S-shield t-shirt). It's difficult to explain Conner Kent to air traffic control, but Superboy can zoom anywhere without anyone really caring.
Two minutes later, he's hovering outside Grace's dorm, trying to remember which window is hers.
