The rain fell in a steady drone, soaking into the fabric of The Goddess's clothes, making the already loose fitting shirt sag a bit further. She was taller than most women were, with a sensuous body and long, red hair. Her eyes, which quite often changed color, were closed in rapture. Her graceful movements watched by the ebony eyes of Ko, she danced in celebration of the rain. As she spun about, her long and quite water-saturated hair swung out and sent droplets flying at Ko to add to the considerable amount of rainwater which had already soaked into the black trenchcoat he wore. He was, in the ethereal form he now showed, dark and wraithlike. His skin was ivory, while his hair seemed to be made of strands of oblivion. Fingers, seeming to be not but bones, moved a stray whisp of hair out of his face. Strengthening the contrast of his colorless face were his obsidian eyes that seemed to see everything, in this world and others. Around one eye, it seemed that bits of the abyss that was his eye had drifted out and formed a swirling design about one eye.
Luna finished dancing and walked over to where Ko had chosen for his perch, announcing she was cold and would be going in. The milky lips curled into a smile, an expression that seemed to slide in from a great distance.
"I'll be in shortly," Ko said. Looking up, seemingly at nothing, he continued, "Xirxis can keep you warm while you change."
As if in response, a pair of glowing red slits of eyes opened right where he was staring, blinked, and disappeared again.
Turning his gaze once again upon the wet and shiny landscape, he hoped the rain would never end, but inside, he knew it would. Everything did.
This was written by my body's original soul, who actually had some shreds of talent, back when he was still confused about our presence.
