(no subject)
Well, today was my first day actually OFF in over a month, and boy did I enjoy it. Oddly enough, I did not sleep in this morning, although I could if I wanted... I have no idea why. Spent the first hour on the back porch with my mom and a cup of coffee, watching the birds. I added one more starling to my life tally, bringing it to 421. After that I spent several hours on Gaia, just hanging about, then went to my grandma's house on the motorcycles with my parents for lunch. Dad grilled burgers. I LOVE well-grilled burgers. Came home and puttered around for a while, intending to go to the range for some rifle practice. Nobody was home to go with me, though, and I don't really like shooting alone, so I did not go today. Perhaps Wed. Won my first FaeKat at a FS this evening, so I am pleased about that. Heh, Fae Kat... Fae... FAE... *sniggers*
Spent the rest of the night talking with Gaia people, and played some Halo with my sister. Overall, a very satisfactory day.
