Tsuki wa Shizuka ni is from the Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side :D -- which is a PS2 renai game, the song is from one of the albums, I forget exactly, it might be one of the Clover Graffti's (which were singles) or one of the two main albums. I forget the titles, it's been a long time XD The character he's playing as is Madoka, the purple-haired playboy ~ (The game has some awesome seiyuu, Ishida Akira, Koyasu Takehito, Midorikawa Hikaru, Miki Shinichirou, Kappei Yamagutchi, to name a few -- and Okiayu of course)
