What were your three favorite bands?
I started the year heavy into my punk/ska phase, so probably Less Than Jake, Real Big Fish, and Offspring. Eventually I got back to rock/pop with the Counting Crows, Live, and R.E.M.
What was your favorite outfit?
Jeans, a tee, and a sweatshirt, same as now.
What was up with your hair?
Standard guy's cut. As plain as possible.
Who were your best friends?
Rob, Shane, Em, and the rest of The Group.
What did you do after school?
Internet, homework, and theater.
Where did you work?
Didn't work during the school year. Spent both the summers before and after at Satan's Pillage, I mean, Santa's Village.
Did you take the bus?
Oh yeah.
Who did you have a crush on?
Any girl with two legs. Let's see... Emily, then Andrea (big time), Becky Quay (briefly).
Did you ever fight with your parents?
I guess so. Not very often, though. I don't really remember much bickering and only one big fight.
Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?
Larisa Oleynik. Mmmmm...
Did you smoke cigarettes?
Nope.
Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?
I can't remember which HS years I used my locker and which I didn't. Sometimes, I guess.
Did you have a 'clique'?
Heh, hell yeah.
Admit it, were you popular?
Not really. We were the fringe clique, not the cool clique. I wasn't disliked, but wasn't popular either.
Who did you want to be just like?
Oh, I dunno. Faulkner maybe?
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A writer.

A starving writer, probably, though I was thinking much more about college than post-college.
