Rant: Sonic the Hedgehog
YES. Another rant. Haven't done one in a while but this needed to be done. :|
You know that 'Snoic X' show on Fox or whatever? THAT. SHOW. SERIOUSLY. NEEDS. TO. DIE. Why? Well I'm not sure if anybody remembers but there USED to be a few other snoic shows before that peice of crap came along. 'The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog' and 'Sonic the Hedgehog' WAY BETTER than this new anime crap their throwing out there. Sure they're older, like WAY older but they are better (in my opinion) . The plots, characters, ect. Now this new anime Sonic is just like out of wack man. Who the fucking hell is this Rouge chick, man? She was NOT in the ORIGINAL series. And whatever happened to Princess Sally? Bunny Rabbot? SCooter? The SWATbots? Even that annoying ass Antoine?! Now you have Rouge, Shadow, those little freaky ass chaos things or whatever the fuck they're called, that old dude and that annoinyg . They hardly even USE the concept of the Freedom Fighters anymore. (or do they? I don't watch the crappy anime)
I still remember the theme song form 'Sonic the Hedgehog' (and I even have it on my computer). instead of "Too fast for the naked eye" it should be "Too crappy for the naked eye" for the new Sonic X. And wha'ts up with this "Gotta Go Faster" thing? That sounds REALLY perverted too. XD But anyhoo. TYPICAL ANIME OPENING THEME SONG. And the old plots were cooler. Not those generic anime plots that are so predictable. And besides. The old ones I found more... violent. XDD Or at least not so 'cute' looking.
Also what happened to Snively? Snively Robotnik? HUH?! Man that little dude was HARDCORE. And Robotnik was actually like... evil. Not this "evil anime" thing now. He was even hardcoer and now he's just like shit. "Eggman"? W-T-F. THAT'S RETARDED.
I am ashamed to be considern a Sonic fan now that Fox has this Sonic X crap. I miss the good old shows on ABC. Even my brother agrees and he's like one of the biggest Sonic fans.
