Halloween! Its fast approaching. The whole apartment is decorated very evily. Weve got spiders hanging in the hallway, spiderwebs everywhere, a bat flying in the kitchen, a huge lesbian vampirical cradle of filth poster in the dining room, and a noose on the cieling by the front door. Outside on the porch is little pumpkins and jack-o-latern tealight holders. And black candles! Everywhere! I feel like Jack Skellington in Halloweentown, so Nikki and I prance around singing, "Halloween, Halloween!"It's too bad I work for a company that promotes emotion, holidays and family togetherness, but when it comes to 4th quarter (aka october through december) I'm doomed to work more than Cinderella on the night of the Ball.
Anyway, I'm happy because the dumb lady that hit me about a month ago has been deemed completely at fault and I get a check from her insurance company. justice is served. Ok but life besides that remains mundane. Its just work, home,sleep, bills, fiancee. There is a lot to be learned and not repeated in all of those, though. Joey had addicted me to Soul Caliber. must play.
