Well. I believe this is the very first time ever that the Executive Branch has a stated policy agenda with "Women" as the topic heading. No President ever will get everything accomplished that he or she sets out to do, whether as a result of shifting landscapes, Congressional intervention, or other factors.
That said, it is about (beyond) time Women appear on the Executive agenda. The content at that link? It's the same stuff that appeared in the campaign's Blueprint for Change that was released before the Iowa Caucus.
