Ok, first off big props to IsPeP1982 here for finding this for me.
I spoke to the guy who wrote the free radio application. He just did anupdate and was kind enough to put on the RKOL servers. I tweaked it abit and added GKOL and RFX cause that's how I roll.
Get your PSP
Make sure its updated to the newest firmware 3.80 (I'm not sure if this is going to work with custom firmware.)
Download the link below unzip and put the PSP and the radio folder to the TOP folder of your PSP.

Then go to Network -> Internet Radio -> Freeradio -> Raw MP3/ACC Streams
Enjoy RKOL on the toilet.
