Bad week food and exercise wise: ate lottsa office treats that I didn't need, and finished half a bag of chips on the way home after work. The office snacks are a challenge, but the chips I could've avoided if I had packed a larger lunch. I skipped my runs because the weather was waaaaay too cold to go out, but I should've done something indoors...it wouldn't have burnt the same calories, but I could've done some strength or flexibility work. The weather is making me feel lethargic, and I'm not too motivated. Must work on that.
Tomorrow: 6 miles (aiming for a 10 minute or at least less than a 10:45 pace)
Sunday: 10 miles (at any pace that gets me there)
About 20 weeks 'til my marathon!
Tomorrow I go grocery shopping, and I will make sure I have enough stuff to make a good batch of chili for my lunches, plus have veggies and snacks to accompany them.
