I haven't visited this blog in forever.  Sorry, flist, I'm a flake. I got out of thinking of being healthy for a while.

Today I ate:
Too much bread, with real butter
melon
tea with stevia
carrots
salad with lettuce, cabage, tomatoes, lentils, chicken, sunflower seeds, ...I can't remember it all, other stuff, with balsamic dressing
2 small breadsticks, a couple of yucca chips
cashews
prunes
raisins
1.5 glass red wine
weird tuna pasta

I walked about 20 min fast and did my 1 hour pilates class.

On Sunday I weighed 153.  Monday was the first day of my period and that skews things.

I ran yesterday (5, it was hot and I hit a wall), and I will run tomorrow.

I had my Thanksgiving feast on Sunday.  No plans for Thursday except for another pilates class.
