I need to do better with food. With that in mind I am going to post what I eat on the weekends (on the weekdays, too, if I get time...but not regularly). Also, I have gained a bit of weight and am bothered by it...so bothered that I couldn't even tell my lj...so, here it is, an announcement to the world (and I KNOW the world is listening, *rolls eyes at self*). Some days I'll measure, some days I'll just estimate. Knowing that I'm going to write it down, though, will help me make better choices. I hope.

Measurements went down this week, so that's a good thing (inches, I mean)
Food for today:
Breakfast: 1/3 c dry oatmeal, 1/4c nf milk, raspberries, raisins, 1 p. ww toast with 1T pb, diet pepsi (pre-run)
Lunch: 2 eggs with 2 6" tortillas, onions, green pepper, tomatoes, gatorade (post-run)
Snack: medium popcorn (probably about a half gallon...I was still hungry from running!), small diet coke (at the movies)
Snakc 2: bits and pieces of veggies (carrots) and fruit (papaya, melon) that I grabbed as I was prepping for the week.
Dinner: veggie pad thai (without peanuts 'cause I'm weird and like it that way)...TONs of veggies, probably too many 'cause the prepackaged sauce didn't quite cover it, diet ginger ale.
The run was about 8 miles, so even though I ate a lot, I needed it. All the diet soda sort of bothers me, but I haven't decided on a solution, yet.
