it's hot!

32 degrees is, uh...90F?  I think.  Ugh, now I remember why training for a marathon here didn't seem like a good idea.  I'm talking myself back out of it again.  Heh.  We'll see.

Added a minute to today's run.  I know, a minute isn't much, but I have two years to add 20 miles to my long runs.  A minute every week will be 104 minutes total.  Not bad.  Not that I'll stick to that, but it sounds cool.  I mean, if I do train for a marathon my schedule won't be that long and if I don't train, my longest runs will probably cap out at 10 miles.  So.

It's Thursday and no bakeries this week.  Yay me.  I did have a small serving of ice cream at lunch today, but avoided the ice tea (whoa, sweet, they add a lot of sugar) and skipped the juice.  I know the juice is good for me, but hell I live in a subtropical agricultural area.  I have no excuse to not eat fruit!!!  (And mmm, I just had some strawberries and a piece of pineapple.)  I have eaten too much a few times this week, but at least it's been fairly healthy things, like raisins and beans.

Yoga was fine last night.  She even said one of my poses was "belisimo" (way spelled wrong).  I think that's Italian?  Dunno.  But it was better than screwing up all the time!

Hmmm, anything else healthy to keep track of right now?  Nah, that's good for now.
