Try writing 25 random facts about yourself. It's not as easy as you think.
- I’m really not a random person. I like to plan things. I have a certain order for almost everything I do. From how I get in my car to the order I eat my breakfast. If some thing goes wrong and I can not do what I normally do I let it slide. But it’s like the butterfly effect... and it quietly changes my whole day.
- My cars name is Little Thunder the Magic Car. I want to make her into an Art Car. She would be painted candy apple red and made into a Calliope. A Calliope is steam organ. The pipes would stick out of the sun roof which I have yet to add to my car. It’s still in the blue print stage.
- I wrote Christmas cards this year and still have not sent them out.
4. From 6th-12th grade I auditioned for every play/musical/skit. I never got a part. I still have dreams of becoming an actress….or a singer.
- I love snail mail. I think this is one of the reasons I’m an addict on eBay. I know I mostly sell stuff. But I love going to the post office. I love it so much I’m thinking about getting a P.O. Box so I can have a key to the post office. This way I would have an excuse to visit the post office almost every day.
- When I got my braces off in 8th grade I was given a whole bottle of sparkling apple cider. I drank the whole bottle to my face in 15min. The cider did not stay in my belly that long. I still don’t drink sparkling apple cider.
- Death does not scar me. However almost dieing does. I don’t like pain. I hope to die when I’m old and while I’m sleeping. If someone shoots me, and I have to live through the pain, that someone has another thing coming.
- I question everyone. A lot of people feel I’m trying to prove them wrong, but I’m just trying to understand them better.
- The title Air Port bothers me. Why is it not Air Plane Station? We have Bart stations, bus stations, train stations…. But Air Port! And why is it pronounced faux fur and not fox fur like it looks. AND why can’t we just call it FAKE in the first place. And really people, what’s the difference between free range chickens and free lance chickens. You all know what I’m talking about!
- Some times I just want to get into my car and drive away. Go on a road trip with no pre determined destination. I would come back.
- I’m close to being finished with a book of 400 Sudoku puzzles. Once I finish it I think I’m going to start coloring in a coloring book.
- I like to put things in frames. I’m not just talking about fancy posters and my favorite pieces of art from friends… I frame pencils and old dollar bills, shot glasses and old knick knacks. I’m starting to mat things myself.
- I heart salt water taffy.
- Wrapping gifts is an art form to me. I love to un-wrap things as much as I like to wrap them. I find Zen in wrapping and unwrapping gifts. Origami also fills my heart with Zen. I can now make a Santa using one piece of paper.
- I strongly believe that you can do anything you want if you set your mind to it. With that said, I am learning to play the harmonica.
- I have been working on this on and off for about 4 hours now. This is very hard. I like songs that repeat the same few lines over and over. I find it very comforting saying the same thing over and over. A good example of this is the song “We're only gonna die for our arrogance” as sung by Sublime. It’s the same verse sung 5 times in a row. The song was originally performed by Bad Religion if anyone really cares to know. I’m also a huge Sublime fan.
- My Grandpa Howard died in 1997 - I still miss him. If I ever get married it’s going to break my heart that he will not be there to dance with me. I know that my Dad will be there and that will be great. But my Grandpa was my favorite person. We would sit and watch baseball all day. And if it was the off season we would watch Looney Tunes. Wile E. Coyote was his favorite.
- I want to make a business card for myself but I don’t know what it would say to sum up all my talents. At the moment I now work mon-fri baby sitting. Plus I’m cleaning one little old mans house and I’m back to selling things at flea markets. What should my title be? I just don’t think Child Care Professional who Cleans and Sells Things will work. Any ideas?
- If you have met me then you know I let out this weird hiccup. It weird because it’s very loud and very long and I usually only have one of them at a time. This started in 2000 after I was in a car accident. The doctor people said I get them because of the many (seven) concussions I have had. People have told me I sound like a pterodactyl. Once when I was working at Starbucks a customer went out of his way to cure me of these so called hiccups. He scared me while I was on my break and I jumped and knocked two drinks over. And then I hiccupped.
- Every year I say to my self, “This is the year I will no longer be a pack-rat.” I’ve been saying this for 9 years now. I need help. As I type my desk is full of un-needed items such as two sock monkeys, a glass penguin, an old meat scale, a cup and saucer, a pile of Starbucks ornaments, a yellow frisbee, two fake Christmas trees and a pile of unsorted papers and pictures, sprinkled with an array of stickers. Seriously.
- A journal entry from Dec. 14th, 2004:
Tips at work: $30.00
Tips at other work: $40.00
Bart Ticket: $2.35
Coming back home from work, thinking your car has been stolen, calling 911, filing a report, two minutes later the car is found because its in the parking lot: Priceless
- I just need three more random things… I just learned that … is called ellipses.
- It irks me when people have their profiles on private. People should just not put personal information on their myspace or facebook. I think the people who put their profiles on private are afraid of what people they don’t know may think. They are afraid of potentially being made fun of. Who really cares!? It’s just space-face.
- When the number nine is multiplied by any number the numbers in the answer can be added to equal the number nine.
Example:
9 x 1 = 9
9 x 2 = 18, 1 + 8 = 9
9 x 14 = 126 1 + 2 + 6 = 9
9 x 107 = 963 9 + 6 + 3 = 18 1 + 8 = 9
25. This will always be one of my favorite pictures:
