1st tut...ever~!!!
This is a first time writing my own tut. Got inspired after seeing all those cool tuts in icon_tutorials. Nyaaa...sugee gu~!!

So, from

using PS 7.
1. Crop your pic. I used this and focused between the two of them. Also, leaving some space for the text. Thus, I got this:
2. Next, I duplicated my base[char~!!] and sharpened it by, going to FILTER>SHARPEN>SHARPEN. Then, setting it to Soft Light 100%.

3. After that, you make a new layer and fill the whole layer with #D1248A. Set it to Screen 50%.

4. Make another new layer and flood fill it with #082B56 and set to Exclusion 50%.

5. Now for the textures. Add a light texture from awmpdotnet and set to Hard Light 100%.

6. Another texture from gender[please correct me if I'm wrong!] in Pin Light 40%

7. Put this texture by ??? with the setting of Pin Light 40%
--->
8. Another texture from 77words in Screen.
--->
9. Put this texture by ??? in Overlay 50%
--->
10.I took this light texture by ??? set it to Screen 100%. I also did EDIT>TRANSFORM>FLIP HORIZONTAL so as not to block Sakura's face. Also erased some stuff.

11.Texture again by ??? in Color Burn 100%

12.Make a new layer and go to IMAGE>APPLY IMAGE. Press OK. Still in that layer, FILTER>BLUR>GAUSSIAN BLUR with 3 px radius. Set it to Soft Light 45%. I also erased in some stuff in the face...in the blur layer I mean.

13.Duplicate the Exclusion layer you had in step 4. Don't touch it's setting. leave it alone.

14.I got this brush from ewanism and changed it's master diameter to 45 px with the opacity of 65%. Just brush randomly in #FFFFFF this is where we are going to put the text.

15.Now for the text and ornamental brushes. Get your type tool and type "STAR CROSSED" in Castellar for 9 pt. The color is #94252A. Get your type tool again and type "L" with the font Edwardian Script ITC in 30 pt and the color is #F05963. Lastly, type "overs" in Edwardian Script ITC with the color #94252A. The size is 24 pt. I put the "Lovers" word on the side...

16.This time, we are going to brush. I took this sakura brush by ??? in #000000. I brushed in the side and set it to Overlay 100%

17.Finally, the last step. I took this brush by cardcaptur. Brushed it in #CA1D14 in the side. To fill up the empty space after "Lovers". Just brush it neatly.

Whew~!! That was so long! Please comment...I need to improve. Also, experiment. I would be better with curves and stuff. Experiment~!!!
