bread update - afterword

Well, the bread was not a success. mnfiddledragon emailed and told me that the bread tasted okay, but wasn't cooked in the middle. It looked exactly like the regular loaves do when it's finished, so I'm not sure how you would tell that a spelt loaf is done!

Oh well, it doesn't matter - nothing ventured, nothing gained. And I hve now gained the knowledge that I don't like baking with spelt flour! :)
