Can’t believe summer is almost over, where did the time go?
Hope everyone had a great summer. Mine was pretty uneventful, I was hoping to go away but that didn’t happen. Oh well, hopefully I will find the time to sneak away during the Christmas break. I did manage to go to a few concerts, so that was nice.
Had a great weekend. I finally got to spend some time with my 9 year old niece, it’s been such a crazy and busy summer that every time she asked to come over, I had to say “no” L
I spent the entire weekend watching the Family Channel (Sonny with a Chance, Princess Protection Program and Wizards of Waverly Place) eating junk food and playing board games. I also managed to sneak in a visit with my God son, which always puts me in a fabulous mood J
So apparently my 11 year old nephew is quite the ladies man, well according to his sister. He changed his email address to chick_magnet and his response when someone tells him a girl has a crush on him is “who doesn’t?”. Oh boy! The first thing that popped into my head was early S1 Nathan - LOL.
Back to my regular job on Tuesday, it will be great to get back but I am going to miss the kids at the Hospital so much. I met some really amazing kids this summer.
