Grünne cursed?

I'm starting to wonder if the part as Grünne is cursed... (Much like the Potions teacher in Harry Potter) ^^'' We had Caesar playing Grünne, for one day. :/ Then the rehearsals didn't work with her work schedule anymore so she had to quit.

I can understand her. Still I feel as though if this was how it was going to turn out, she might as well not have joined at all... We need a Grünne!

Yesterday was a "Singing-day" at rehearsal and we had a fun time, singing the sogns of the musical from beginning to end ^^ Helena requested a change in the lyrics in "Jag Tillhör Bara Mig" (I only belong to me). She wanted to have the word "escape" in the lyrics. So I rewrote a line of the song ^^

"Jag är ingen sak som ägs av dig" -> "Jag flyr men väggar hindrar mig"

("I'm not your posession" -> "I escape but walls are preventing me").

For me it represents Elisabeth's position. She's caught between a rock and a hard place. Not only caught in the castle, with walls preventing her escape. But also without friends and let down by her husband.
Since, in our musical, Elisabeth kills herself in this scene. The meaning will be even stronger. Death is her only escape from the life that has caged her.

theater, elisabeth
