Upon arriving at the dance studio, Ryo thought to himself.
“Yatta! Tegoshi is coming today! I can’t wait to see him!” He pushed the door open.
“Tesshi! I missed you!” Ryo hugged Tegoshi as soon as he saw him.
“Ne Ryo-chan. There are others here…” the shy Tegoshi blushed. Massu and Yamapi laughed. They were surprised that such a manly figure like Ryo would have such actions.
“Eh Ryo-chan, stop hugging him already. What if someone else sees?” Yamapi warned Ryo.
Unwilling at first, Ryo released his hug. (Phew! Tegoshi is free from Ryo’s clutches! >< )
“I’ll deal with you later.” Ryo let out a evil grin and gave Tegoshi a peck on his nose.
“Ohno. This can’t be good. It’s that grin again. Is he serious?” Tegoshi wondered, afraid that Ryo was really angry.
“Hey, anyone saw Shige and Kei-chan?” Massu asked.
“Yeah. Now that you have mentioned, I haven’t been seeing them around lately. How about you Ryo-chan?” Yamapi nudged Ryo.
“They must be together now. I had dinner with them last night.” Ryo answered with a cheeky smile.
“Of course they’re together. Kei-chan went to Shige’s house!” Ryo murmured to himself. (grins ^^)

“Shige! Are you done? We’re going to be late!” Koyama hurried Shige who was busy fixing his hair.
“Coming!” Shige replied.
“I really should stick to black hair…” Shige thought as he added some finishing touches to his golden hair.
“Sorry to keep you waiting Kei-chan! Let’s go!” Shige said enthusiastically.
“It’s okay. Let’s go now, the members must be waiting for us.” Koyama smiled.
~Meanwhile~
“What’s taking them so long? Let’s start first.” Yamapi decided.
“Maybe they are stroll- I mean walking here…” stuttered Ryo.
“Huh? Stroll? Hmm… you know something don’t you?” Massu raised a brow and gave Ryo a scheming smile.
“All right all right… Those two like each other. But, neither of them have made the first move yet.” Ryo confessed, unable to take the pressure of Massu’s scheming eyes.
“Wow! That’s interesting. Hmm. How about we give them a little help?” Massu suggested.
“Eh? Massu, are you sure?” Tegoshi asked timidly.
“It’s not a bad idea. Let’s do it then!” Yamapi joined in.
As they are in the process of planning, the door suddenly flung open.
“Ah! Sorry for being late.” Koyama apologized with his head bowed. Shige stood still.
“Psst… Shige!” Koyama hissed as he pushed Shige’s head down to bow too. Koyama took a little peek. All eyes are on them.
“It’s okay. Everyone’s okay with it.” Yamapi said with a wink to signal to the other members.
Tegoshi stuttered. “Since everyone is here… Why don’t we start?”
“Yeah Tesshi, let’s ‘START’.” Ryo emphasized on the word.

“Ready, 5 6 7 8…” Yamapi counted as the rest of the members started dancing.
“Ah!” Massu ‘tripped’ and pushed Shige to Koyama.
“Shige, are you okay?” Koyama asked anxiously.
“I’m okay. What about you? Did I hurt you?” Shige asked in return. No one bothered about Massu’s injury.
“Ahem! I ‘tripped’ you know!” he signaled to the rest of the members.
“Massu! Are you okay? Let me bring you to the ‘first-aid’ room.” Yamapi offered. The plan was working.
“Ah. I’ll help out too!” Tegoshi said, according to plan.
“Eh? There’s a ‘first-aid’ room here?” Koyama asked with a puzzled look on his face. Ryo pulled him over.
“Baka! Here’s your chance to confess to Shige! Gampatte!” Ryo whispered and left the room.
“Ryo-chan!” Koyama shouted. He then turned to Shige.
An awkward silence…
“Shi-Shige.” Koyama stuttered. His heart was beating fast.
The sudden silence had also made Shige’s heart beat faster.
“Thump-thump… thump-thump”
“Nani?” Shige answered in a squeaky voice.
“I…I… I like you!” A sudden urge of courage gushed through Koyama.
“Me… me too. Ever since NEWS was formed, I’ve been secretly admiring you. Your cheerful attitude and the way you care for others. I… I really like you too!” Shige looked into Koyama’s eyes.
“Shige…” Koyama went forward and hugged him.
Looking at this beautiful moment, the other members who were peeking felt happy.
“I feel like I’m cupid~” Massu said with a smile.
“Ah. How great! Member Ai!” Ryo exclaimed.
“? Who’s there?” Koyama asked Shige. The members quickly hid behind the door.
“It must be the members. They’re peeking…” Shige blushed.
“Ah, oh well. They can peek for all I care. I’m not going to let you go forever.” Koyama grinned.
“Kei-chan~!” Shige hugged him more tightly and was happy with his new found sweet love.
