(no subject)
well it was an interesting night last night and that usually means an interesting day...
last night derek and mitch broke mindy's ( one of my roomie's) door knob playing mini-basketball, and they swore they "fixed it"......this morning she found that she was closed in her room as she couldn't get the door knob to work...so when she escaped confinement through the back of her closet that, luckily for her, happens to be a door that opens up into the living room, she sorta collapsed out and scared the others out of their wits.
i spent the most of the day, well come to think of it, ALL of the day, in bed ...
reading school books/moping/sleeping/eating grapes/drinking tea/watching the bbc adaption of the book i'm reading for class...i actually got a lot done on the reading front.
just finished watching casper with sara. first time i'd seen it, and i definately guessed what was going to happen at least 3 times...eric idle was really um, well crappy in it, which is sad to see cos hes so good with the python stuff...it was so sad! i almost cried when casper said the line "can i keep you?" ...so yea i'm officially a pathetically hopeless romantic. it's got to the point that when i go "awww!" the girls roll their eyes...
the girls made caramel apples tonight too, which turned into quite the adventure. not recommended if you value your fillings (if you have any) or perhaps only if you miss your dentist THAT much. which reminds me that if i see mine in church when i go home i'm going to get quite the scolding...it's bad when you see your dentist on a regular basis cos then they remember that they haven't seen you in..well...at least a year! oops!
on that note i'm off to brush my teeth and go to bed.
