A) Roxas is his brother, but just got twisted with his whole, “I love you Sora” thing
Or
B) Roxas is just like, a really good friend, maybe an ex-babysitter who got possessive.
Anon hopes you like this, other anon.

Sora was his baby brother, his darling, sweet, lovely, baby brother.
Sora was his darling, sweet, lovely, baby brother, and Sora was currently writhing on Roxas’ bed, keening quietly with fear-Roxas didn’t know if he’d ever heard a prettier sound.
“Shh,” he whispered, smoothing kisses down one side of Sora’s face, ignoring the bandages that wrapped around it, obscuring his missing eye. “Shh, Riku won’t hurt you never-ever-ev~er. Not again, not my baby brother.” Another kiss was dropped on the curve of his cheek, voice soft and sweet as he started sliding hands down Sora’s skinny waist.
Cuts and bruises marred the soft, tan skin, though Roxas tried to ignore it, just kissing along Sora’s cheeks, swallowing all of the soft, strained whimpers and muffled keening. Gently, oh so gently, he started to unwrap the bandages, revealing angry pink scars on Sora’s cheek. “You’re so pretty, brother,” he whispered, fingers trailing along the empty hole. “You don’t deserve what happened to you.” And he didn’t; no one did, no one deserved that ugly of an accident.
Riku, fucking Riku wanted to show off, wanted to impress Sora and Roxas with his new shiny car. His fault, Roxas snarled to himself, slowly pushing down Sora’s pants and trailing kisses along, ignoring the protesting little whimpers as he went. Riku shouldn’t have even had a car at fifteen, let alone be driving it, but he loved trying to impress Sora, and Sora loved his best friend. None of them had seen the truck that was weaving drunkenly back and forth, no lights on at midnight, but they’d felt it, oh they’d felt it.
