Xion moaned deep in her throat, feeling her stomach flip slowly and queasily. But she couldn’t be sick, not now, she had to get out, first. The Keyblade wouldn’t break the doors, though, and even as she grabbed a chair, to try to shatter them, it was crawling over Axel’s bloody, ripped face and neck, planting one black, rotting hand in front of the other. It was distracting in it’s hideousness - bones broke through the dead skin, painting the hands red…and the floor under them… and then her boot, and she howled, the trance broken. She slammed the chair down on it’s head, and broke it’s grip. But now she was trapped between the doors and the monster. She decided to risk lunging sideways, but the creature had anticipated that. It’s bloody, black hands were on her face, her breasts, a disgusting parody of their relationship. She tried to push, she screamed, and she tore at the decaying shirt and broken skin. But the creature saw nothing but food and when it bit her cheek, it had found the meat it needed to survive.

But she wanted to live, even without Roxas, and so she fought the monster. She tried to shove the terrible face and mossy teeth away, but her hands slipped on the putrid skin, tearing away Roxas’s cheek and exposing the white jawbone. Blood and thick, white goo splattered onto her face, into her mouth, and dripped down her neck.

It was probably then that she knew she was going to die. The monster saw the bright eyes welling up, saw the thin liquid run from them, and instinct told it that they were glassy and shimmering and delicious. It’s hand fell clumsily onto the food’s face, and the bones that had once held a thumb and forefinger slipped around the eyeball. One strong pull and Xion was wailing, thrashing, covering her face with her hands and shrieking. Roxas heard nothing. It looked at the white, gooey orb, and at the colored circles painted on it. It looked good, and he put it between his teeth. Only one bite, and the fluid ran over his cracked, gray lips. It’s tongue nearly fell out, scooping up that slime, but it was worth it.

It repeated the operation for the other eye. Xion’s screams were meaningless, and they stopped off as it discovered more meat. The throat, the soft shoulders, the breasts. It ripped the leather from the body and ate the flesh down to the bone.

But before he could finish, he was joined by another monster. Axel had reawoken dead, and the new zombie joined the feast.
