“You’re sure,” Sora whispers against the curve of Riku’s shoulder, stroking his fingers down his palms, down his wrists, down the inside of his arms, all the way to his chest, and then sweeps them down, further. His hands spread out wide and flat, curving over his chest, grazing over Riku’s nipples, down to his hips, until he gets to the inside of Riku’s thighs, listening to the older boy’s breath catch beautifully.
“Yeah,” Riku says just as softly, and there’s no edge of wariness to his voice, nothing but the slight trace of want in his voice, as Sora trails his fingers up and down the insides of his thighs. “Yeah, it’s good.”
There’s lingering doubt, just like there is every time before this, but he’s gotten almost used to it now. Sora wonders if that’s a bad thing-- something wrong, because friends don’t hurt friends. Then again, Riku’s always been about pushing things just that bit further-- hell, their whole friendship has been about pushing things the extra inch, the extra meter, the extra mile.
“C’mon,” he almost laughs, and arches just a little, grinding into the pillows that Sora’s placed under his hips, almost gasping at the sensation of the cool cloth against his cock. “C’mon, Sora.”
Swallowing hard, Sora leans in, and presses a kiss to the small of Riku’s back, and reaches for the blindfold, tying it around Riku’s eyes, tracing his fingers down his body once it’s finished. There’s always a pause after he does it; time that he gives Riku to say no, to tell him to take it off, so they can do this the other way (face to face, so Sora can kiss him breathless, not like this, when Riku feels the need for Sora to punish him for sins he’s already been forgiven for). “Okay,” Sora breathes, and makes sure the ties around Riku’s wrists are tight enough, then starts.

“Seven,” Riku hisses, breath sliding out of him on a sharp, high whine, straining against the ties around his wrists, panting for a breath, toes curled. There’s a little hum from behind him, and the predictable moment of hesitation before Sora’s hand comes down again, the smack echoing through the room, almost as loud as Riku’s sharp, needy moan. “Eight.”
He can’t help but feel ridiculous doing this, maybe a little embarrassed, but Riku wants it-- needs it, in his mind, and Sora doesn’t know what else to do but oblige him. He never does too much, never leaves marks that last more than a few days, and Riku always thanks him afterward, which is so strange to him.
“Sora, please,” Riku manages, arching his hips because Sora’s not moved for a few moments.
There’s that slight edge to his voice that says more than Riku’s words ever do, and Sora’s learned to read what it means by now. Carefully, bunches the pillows up under Riku so he can grind on them, and brings his hand down harder, flinching at the crack that echoes again in the room, watching Riku gasp and moan like it’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened to him, grinding into the pillow.

Panting just as hard, Sora presses a breathless kiss to Riku’s back, untying him with one hand, jerking himself off with his free one, not minding the hard friction of skin on skin with no lubrication. It takes only the briefest of seconds before he comes, spilling all over his hand and the sheets, looking at Riku sagging against the ties that bind him to the bed.
“...gonna finish untying me?” Riku asks lazily, and there’s this bit of smug satisfaction to his voice; he knows what Sora sounds like when he’s jerking off, when he’s coming, blindfolded or not. When his wrists are undone, he rolls over on the bed, relishing the pain that comes from laying on his back, and tugs Sora down onto him with a pleased, rumbled laugh. “Thanks.”
Nodding wordlessly, wishing Riku wouldn’t thank him every time they did something like this, Sora drapes on him and yawns, losing himself in his thoughts while Riku dozes off.

I don't mean to criticize or anything, but there were a couple things a little bit off in your ficlet that I thought you might want a little advice on. Hope you don't mind.
First, when guys masturbate, they don't really need lube. It's not really rubbing the skin like if you were to rub your arm or some other part of your body; the skin on the penis is kinda...loose, for lack of a better term, sliding with the hand vs against it. Kinda like a sleeve. Lube can sometimes make it too slippery, resulting in a total lack of friction, or it can be good in that it might make it ultrasensitive. Remember that lube is very necessary for penetration, though.
And the only other thing...this might be out of personal opinion more than what should/shouldn't be, but for the kind of pain/"torture" that you're going for there, a whip-like object is much more practical/preferable to a handslap. Slaps hurt, yes, but they have the tendency to hurt both the punished AND the punisher (which you picked up on, awesome), and so it's really only practical to do it a small number of times. A belt probably would have worked better for this.
But all in all, those didn't detract from the fic or anything. It was definitely hot as hell. So good job!

No, I know they don't need it, but orz, as someone who has guy friends who are...very frank, and as I lack a dick, I've been told that generally, if you're jerking yourself off, or jerking someone else off, it goes faster, it's better, if it's a little bit slicker. Plus, I figure Sora'd have rough hands from being the Keyblade Master for so long, which again, lotion'd help a little with that. The lube I was referring to, could be anything, even spit or lotion, or something that would just make it easier. Though, I admit, I don't have a ton of knowledge of guys jerking off, as I. Am not a guy. :(
As far as that goes-- I personally didn't...see Sora using a belt to whip Riku. At least with a hand, he's able to control the force, and it's not something that would last longer-- admittedly, you can control the force of a belt, once you get the hang of it, I would see Sora as being more...I don't know, more likely to use his hand, if only for the personal contact, and the fact that if it hurts his hand too bad, then he knows not to hurt Riku that much.
...does. That make sense? ROFL.

Also, both the points you made are really heavily YMMV - I'm not sure if you yourself are male, but most of my male friends tend to have bottles of 'lotion' nearby for such sessions, so.
