“Swallow it.”
Saix retches, shakes his head, cringing as a lump falls from his cheek and onto the pillow below him.
Xemnas only tightens his grip.
“Swallow. … Swallow, or shall I invite the others in?”
Saix shakes his head-it would be too much, and there’s no knowing what they would do to him. He retches as saliva dribbles down his throat, already tainted with the taste of Xemnas’ waste.
He nods once, shivering as he slowly brings his tongue inside his mouth. He gags immediately, but Xemnas slaps a hand over his lips, keeping them closed tight. He has no choice. Swallow or choke.
He slowly begins to swallow the waste-it’s more difficult than he thinks, and he gags it up several times, forcing bile and regurgitated shit into his mouth. His fists clench so tight he’s sure his nails are cutting into his skin, but finally, all of it has slid down his throat. He retches again, coughing against the taste and smell overpowering his senses.
Xemnas removes his hand, trailing a finger over Saix cheek, collecting some of the shit he has left there. He slides a finger into the bound man’s mouth-Saix whimpers in disgust, but sucks the finger all the same.
Xemnas sighs languidly, and props himself up on his knees.
“I’m feeling generous, so I’ll give you something to help wash it down…”

Revolting, but very hot in that "abuse Saix" kinda way.
