Saix was overstepping the line. Yes, with Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion gone that made him number four (technically), but one still had to account for the fact that Axel, Demyx, and Luxord were the only ones lower than Saix.
Xigbar liked to think about these things. He liked to think about the fact that they were no longer Organization XIII, but Organization VII; however that didn't have as good of a ring to it.
Saix was not number II, that was a spot solely reserved for Xigbar, or Braig as he had been called when he had been the second apprentice to Master Ansem. Saix hadn't even studied under Ansem the Wise, he didn't even know the fool.
Xigbar thought too much. He knew this, yet, when your very existence is a lack of emotion and a single-mindedness to get your heart, you found you had a lot of time on your hands. Xaldin cooked to keep his mind off of his lack of heart, Vexen had experimented, Lexaeus had made jewelery, Zexion had read books, Axel and Roxas had gone to the dark city and did whatever they did, Demyx practiced his Sitar, Luxord visited gambling worlds and won munny, Maluxia had tended a fabulous garden, and Larxene tortured small animals. It couldn't be considered fun, after all, to experience the feeling of fun, one must have a heart, but Xigbar didn't have a heart.
Saix pestered the Superior one too many times. And now Xigbar was thinking about what he had to do. He had to assert his dominance over Number VII. The Superior had ordered it. So that brought the thought driven Nobody to Saix's balcony.
"Number VII," Xigbar said, drawing the other Nobody's attention.
"Number II," Saix said cordially. Xigbar wondered whether cordially was a feeling or not and whether Saix knew the answer.
"The Superior believes that you do not know your place in the Organization," Xigbar said plainly.
"What do you plan to do about it, Number II," Saix said, coyly. Saix did not deny the charge, but coyness was definitely a feeling, and Xigbar did not agree with the use of false emotion.
"I am here to put you back into your place, Number VII," he said. Having control of gravity was probably one of the best powers in the Organization. Sure, it wasn't great offensively, not that he needed with his superior marksmanship, but defensively it was the best.
Saix now floated, pinned against the glass of his balcony windows, in several gravitational matrices. Xigbar strolled forward and took hold of the zipper of the other Nobody's robe. "You belong under me, and that's exactly what I'm going to have."
The zippers of the robes were not the easiest things to figure out, but when one has been wearing them as long as Xigbar had, they become remarkably easy to figure out. He had divested Saix of his robe, undershirt, boots, gloves, and pants before the other Nobody could comprehend what was going on.
If Saix could fear, he probably would have. If he could truly be angry, he probably would have been. Without his claymores, he couldn't even be a Berserker. Saix was truly defenseless and stuck against the wall. Xigbar would have his way and there was nothing the other could do about it.
"Did you know,a Nobody can still feel pain?" Xigbar muttered into Saix's ear. "It's because pain is not an emotional feeling, pain is a biochemical process associated with your nerve endings. Your brain registers it even without a heart. Of course, the emotions that go along with pain never come. I hear some people like pain, others are scared of it, and still more are angered by it. But we do not get any of those secondary reactions."
He pulled off his robe and the rest of his clothes almost as quickly as he pulled off Saix's. "How about lust or arousal," Xigbar said, "do you know about those?"

"Lust is an emotion, but one that is not for the heart to feel. It's an emotion that your brain feels when animal instinct causes attraction. Even Nobodies have the need to reproduce. In order to experience arousal, all a Nobody has to do is to do is imagine the need to propagate our species. Nobodies are essentially animals without hearts. We are a conglomerate of base instinct and primal need, which we focus on finding out hearts, like other animals focus on finding food."
