Kari is actually going to be moving out of the house at the end of this month! I need someone to come in and take her room! You've gotta be clean, you can't smoke dope in or around the house, and you've gotta have the cash, but those aren't big problems, really, amirite? If you want to move in, my number is (801) 558 1681, you can come by and hang out and see the place pretty much whenever I'm around, just let me make sure it's pretty first. Rent is $350 monthly for that room, with utilities extra. The bill usually comes out to around $400.
In other news, nothing much besides work has been going on, I've got a little bit of a money headache because of my credit card bill, and the fact that my car needs to be tuned up, and a sewer pump for the house is expensive, and I want to start reworking the balcony, and I want to put up a fence, and I need to reroof the garage, etc. etc.
