someone in our buildiong has a dog against the rules. there's no barking, no poop left over and you never see him. but sometimes when i walk past the apartment he does one of those mini-woof things. every time i hear that i smile and mentally high-five his owners, thinking, "don't worry guys. i'll never turn you in!" it's like it nazi germany and i know there's a jew in there. yay for bucking the system!
