Interesting day...
No more 7-Eleven! I've been laid off. Bill says I'm a good worker and they all like having me around, but it hasn't been as busy as he thought it would and they don't really need two people working during the day - in fact, can't really afford it. I'm the logical person to cut since I'd be leaving in a few weeks anyway, so it's over early, and that's alright. I still have two paychecks coming, and I didn't really need the money anyway. It was fun, in its way - hey, it was my first job. But I always felt like I was playing at belonging there - it never felt quite real to me. So this is not a shock, and now I get to sleep in.
