I tried Crest White Strips tonight.... Is it normal to nearly throw up?
I'll do it in the future - but now I know a few things....
1. don't eat popcorn anytime AFTER doing it. It makes it taste really foul.
2. even though they say it's alright to do so, do NOT do the strips two times in a row. it's safe, I suppose, for some....
but it really left my stomach upset.
