I really shouldn't start an entry when I have to go to work so soon...
Manga 263:
ohmyohmyohmy! Well, Rukia didn't have as big a fit as I thought she would ^^()
But it is cruel for 'him' to have such kind eyes. I can't help but think, there is no way, noway, noway, that he is truly in control. Or that if he is, there is something wrong.
Take a good look at the
last voice bubble for him. (yes, I'm saying 'him', but spoiler in the pic if you don't know who I'm talking about ^^())
Vertically he says 'Kuchiki' the same as when he says it at the start of this encounter (in kanji), but horizontally, it's partly in katakana. To me this speaks volumes that he's... not right. u.u... this is so cruel. I love Bleach ^.^
Anime dub ep. 22.
haha. I forgot to rant about this last week! I just about died ~
Ichigo: "So then why you're standing so far back? Unless you're planning on throwing that dagger." [Kohaku: *chokes up with laughter*]
Gin: "It's not a dagger. Infact it's my Zanpakuto." [Kohaku: *snickers* Truer words were never spoken, Gin! It's not a dagger! It's a wakizashi!]
Gin: "Impale him, Shinsou!" [Kohaku: *snicker* Impale him? Aw, man. "Shoot him down" was better. ^^()]
Just for the record, still hate Gin's english voice. The way he said that line "It's not a dagger" was just too... um, over the top? or something? x.x
I was also going to write about smashing cars and icecream without spoons, but I'll just edit this when I come back from work. *smile* Look forward to it? ^^()

So, about the party last night, it was so fun! Man, I can't believe how much about He-man and She-ra I remembered o.o Man, the voice acting. *snicker* We think dubbed Bleach is bad? Take a listen to some of our old favorite cartoons! *So* over-the-top! But so fun.
And Burnout 3 is awesome~! hehehehe, I get into such awfully exciting crashes - and near misses! Like I went practically *through* a truck. I think I went under it somehow, but wow, it was fun!
And I hope you find your utensils soon, Kelty ^.^ But having ice cream in cut foam cups was very memorable!
Tonight was my first night back at the Departo for the first time in almost 3 weeks. Ah, like riding a bike. I talked to the HR manager and she said that she was sorry to hear that I was leaving. I was like, yah, it'll be good to just have one part time job. Then she said, what if there was a full time position for you here? Or is the library better suited to you right now? (*falls over laughing*) I very politely said that I would continue with the library and that it is time for me to try new things and stuff. (... Full time at the Departo? hahaha, no thanks. I don't think you'd pay me enough.) Then I said that certainly they'd be able to find another good person for there soon. She said, not as good as I am.
*blush* Not as good as I am? wow. I almost never get such a direct compliment about my work. It's... a really nice feeling. *nod* It's nice to know that my work was appreciated. I know that Ramune appreciated everything I did for her too. And occasionally one particular person at the library will say "oh, it's so busy, but it's good that we have Kohaku today!" *blush~*
People really should pay more compliments to each other. I'm really not one to talk - it's more often other people asking 'how are you today?' or remembering to ask about how something went that I mentioned, or things like that. (My chiropractor is really good at that kind of thing. I'm amazed by people with memories like that, that they can ask how something went that I mentioned only briefly one or two months ago!)
But, I think it's worth trying. Even if I can sincerely say, 'I like that colour of shirt you have today', or something like that, it would be good.
