As of late I don't know what it is but I've been listening to a lot of Chinese music. In particular 2 Chinese singers I've been listening to are: one being JJ Lin and the other being the famous Jay Chou (He played Takumi in the Initial D live-action movie). I've been listening to their albums like non-stop for the past couple days and I think I've found a piece of myself that I long ago lost. A part of me a long time ago unknowingly swore off listening to Chinese music or didn't allow myself to really get into it. But recently like the past week or so I started listening and then I just kept playing it over and over and eventually I found myself humming it before I sleep and during class. So in a way it's like I found a part of myself again and have embraced it whole-heartedly. So yeah definitely 2 recommended Chinese artists are Jay Chou and JJ Lin. One particular song I've had in my head the past couple days is a song called "Common Jasmine Orange" or "Qi Li Xiang" "七里香" by Jay Chou, it's the title track of his 5th album.

Here's the music video off youtube if anyone is interested in listening.
