VCD
I've been going to www.yes.asia.com a lot lately looking for Asian movies on VCD. I got hooked on them when I was in Singapore. Good quality of CDs that can be backed up easily without have to use a DVD burner.
I was interested in picking up UNTOLD STORY on VCD but they only had the Chinese version. Mandarin or Cantonese with traditional Chinese subtitles only. No English. Since I have the DVD alerady I didn't ghet the VCD.
I also want to get RAISE THE RED LANTERN on VCD but the price they quote is far too much. I guess I'll have to wait on that one also.
VSOM is also a good site to look for obscure movies. They charge a lot for them. About 25 bucks a pop with a discount given at 5 movies. I like reading through their synopses. You'd be amazed at what's out there. You'd think no one in world did anything except make and/or watch movies.
