i enjoy cooking with my papa. tonight we made a fantastic salmon with a champagne cream sauce accented by shrimp and portobello mushrooms...outstanding; papa was impressed too.
i also enjoy good documentaries. have you seen this man? was great. geoff lupo is terrific.
