One of my goals this year is bringing order into my life. I came across my f-list on facebook the other day and most of them, I "collectd" while playing frontierville. Therefore, I don't know them at all, have little interest in there lifes and mostly don't understand, what they are posting about. Being not somebody, that post's a lot on facebook ( ... )

I would just delete them. Unlike LJ, there is no "... has removed you from their friends list" notice, so in any case they might not even notice. You could post a notice on your wall saying you're going to do that since you're not playing anymore, then at least there is some kind of warning, but since they are, as you say, people you don't know or interact with apart frome in games, in my opinion there is little reason for them to feel offended.
