Q:What time did you get up today?
9am. Work usually starts around noon, so that’s the usual hour.
Q:What was the first thing you did when you got up this morning?
I opened the curtain! Because it’s a pain to deal with, I rarely open it (laughs) But, from the moment I opened my curtains I ended up letting the brightness of the light shine in. For breakfast, I had mammy’s (t/n: restaurant) pancakes.
Q: Do you wake up well, or bad?
Good. The moment I want to get up, my eyes open up right away. When I want to sleep twice, I purposely set the alarm’s setting to an earlier time (laughs)
Q: Bedding Obsession
I usually just request for my bed’s sheets color to be brown. I leave the rest to my mom. I have a double bed and 3 pillows on it.
Q: The clothes you wear when you sleep
For all seasons, I sleep with only underwear on. It’s the best way for me to relax! The way I slept around the time when I was a student, was that I’d sleep face down and I’d have my hands underneath my pillow. This is what you’d call, my “battle position”. That way, when the alarm goes off and you use your hand to smack it off, then that’d wake your body up wouldn’t it? Recently though, maybe because I haven’t been pressed for time, I sleep face-up a lot.
Q: Something new you started recently
Sava-ge (Survival Game)♥
My model gun collection has grown to 5! Even though I have a big rifle, it seems that I prefer my small hand gun that allows me to make quick moves and move quietly. Feels like I’m in a spy movie (star)
Q: What’s something you want to start from now on?
Customize my model guns. The more I fall into survival games, the more I want to have my own original gun (serious). Earlier I spoke a bit about it; the image I get when I play survival games is not that of a military soldier, but more like “a man wearing a suit as he infiltrates the city”. Without making a sound, I will find my opponent and sneak up to him. Even if I shoot my gun, it won’t make a loud sound because I’ll be using a silencer (wide grin)
Q: Something you’ve quit recently or want to quit
I stopped being lazy and sleeping past noon on my free days. I go play survival games starting at 8 in the morning. When I’m doing such intense activity, I start thinking “Before at this time I’d still be asleep. I wonder if it was all a waste…”.
Q: When you start something new, what do you keep in mind?
Trying really hard (laughs). Because people have their own thing that they focus on, I want to be able to strengthen what I’m good at. Anyone can get nervous. I as well felt that way during my drama “Sprout”. When the time came to introduce ourselves to everyone else, Hasshi (Hashimoto Ryosuke) and I both ended up going to the bathroom together (laughs)
When you’re told “You’re nervous aren’t you” you can search for a way to relax. (T/N:Not sure about the translation to this last sentence because the edge of the scan was blurry x.x)
Q: On April 13th, concerts will begin. What’s something you want to challenge?
Might we get to see the grown up 7?!
On the concert’s first day, we’ll be in my hometown, Shizuoka. I’ll perfect my fighting spirit for it!
