Kilt!
I finished my kilt! In the nick of time too. It always comes down to the last day it seems...
Looking back on them now, I don't really like the pictures that I took; they don't really show my kilt off very well. Oh, the sweat and blood that I poured into that kilt... You have no idea how many times I stabbed myself with pins while making it. >_O
That first fold seems to stick out oddly..
There's a couple buckles hiding under there...

I knew my Queen's tam would come in handy again some day!
Here's the reference that I used to make it (I spent many hours reading and re-reading that one page...). Gives directions on how to make it, though it could do with a bit more explanation and some more pictures... but it was free so I can't really complain and it was much better than nothing. I heard there's a good book that explains the whole process very well, but alas, neither amazon nor chapters carried it, so I couldn't get it in time :(
