FEET! er.. FOOT!
Made some progress last night on my new feet. I won't say very much progress... but at least some was made. Left foot is now 95% done, just need to sew the boot cover onto the base of the shoe.
The right foot is still pretty much in pieces, but let's say it's at 20%. My next costume will not have piping, and that's a fact.Piping around multiple 90 degree angles is hell.
I didn't get much sleep last night and I'm supposed to play soccer tonight. They have a requirement that at least 2 girls need to be on the field at any time since it' coed, and I'm one of only 2 decent girls. There are a couple others on the team, but our team leader is very competitive and does't like to play them on the field for very long. I'm sure I'll be too tired to play, but I'm also sure the leader will guilt trip me into playing because this is the first round (of 2) for playoffs and if I don't show, then we will pretty much loose because none of the other girls are decent goalies and none of the guys want to be stuck in net for the whole game (I don't either but I seam to have less choice in the matter). I dunno what will happen... guess I'll find out as it happens.
