My co-worker lent me a copy of the movie "Idiocracy". It completely explains everything. And, it adds credence to my idea that everyone should be spayed at puberty, and then if you want to have kids later on, you have to pass an IQ test, a psych evaluation, and some parenting courses.

Also, it stars the charming Luke Wilson. No way Vince Vaughan could have pulled it off.
