we have 4 secret shopper reviews a month. i've almost been at grille for a year now and i've never been shopped.. until last friday night. i walked into work tuesday morning and chef yells, "hey bretender! very nice job, i think you got perfect on your shopper report!" i couldn't believe it!
i don't think i've ever witnessed any of the bartenders getting shopped! it usually happens to the servers.
SO COOL! not only because it was perfect and i got $50 cash but also, i feel like i gained some respect from my co-workers and managers but now i have to live up to it but i think i'll be ok. i'm a hard worker. at least i think i am.
