The Lulu hardcover is still 'FULFILLING' :/
In the meantime I checked out CreateSpace, another PoD service, which is associated with Amazon. Maybe it's an alternative to Lulu - at least for the softcover version.
Unfortunatly, I already made some not so nice experiences with that service. Nothing drastic, just annoying. The website is unbearably slow and so is the reaction time of their support. Bleh.
Also, the shipping costs to Europe are horrendous! 23$ for s&h??? I know that the dollar is currently quite low, but that's still 14 Euro! And no, that's not even the extra fast delivery.
However, once the book is officially published, it will be available on Amazon.com (without any extra fee) and thus, shipping will be "only" 5 Euro to Europe - and free within the US. I hope the printing quality is ok.
