Ok.. here's and update.. Mom is in a lot less pain now.. the radiation plus pain killers seems to be helping with the bone cancer. We have hospice involved ..which is a huge blessing.. They have been absolutely wonderful. I was also called by my mom's doctor's office... not good news.. they beleive that her brain tumors have grown.. and possibly spread further... AGH! I spent part of the weekend with Mom after I got off from work.. She has started seeing things that aren't there. We have had to stop her from watching all of her favorite shows (CSI, Law and Order, etc..) due to her nightmares. It's hard to see her like this. and then we also get accused of the ugliest of things. I try not to take it personally because I know that she's ill.. and I don't want to upset her..but it's tough to hear this from my Mom.
