JCS C2 Class Gathering + Farewell dinner for Kudo sensei
I'm so awake now, cos I've slept for around 2 hrs at the wrong hour D:
Anyway, I've just received 2 pictures from Kim san, for Saturday's class gathering. As the title suggest, my teacher has resigned from JCS as a Japanese teacher and will be going back to Hokkaido on the coming Wednesday TAT
She mentioned that she quitted the job due to her husband, as her husband doesn't want her to continue teaching >-< But I understand na, while my teacher is teaching in Singapore, her husband will get so lonely ne... However, she doesn't want to quit teaching in Singapore, so she said she will return and have a nice long talk with her husband. Its such a dilemma, like I hope my sensei will return to Singapore and continue teaching us in the futher advance Japanese level. However, I hope she doesn't go into a divorce as she mentioned during the dinner T-T She is still thinking about it, so all of us were hoping that she'll make a choice she'll be happy with, as its all that matters. :)
We had a nice long dinner (6pm-11pm) at East Coast's Tung Lok. And ZOMG! The food is freaking great! Peking Duck! Kim san was a regular customer of that restaurant, so almost all the food were specialised to his taste (which was really gd ><). In other words, Kim san is so rich~ and he can just use the private room at a request XD Neway, while eating, we were chatting and joking around. My teacher forbid us to use English! Ahh~ stress... lol.
Kim san brought along some Xmas hats and party poppers (YES! party poppers!) and we had a small singing session plus some photo taking. 楽しかったは！He even prepared some small gifts he got from Japan as our Xmas presents. Next is presenting our teacher her present... its a nice shoulder bag fit for work or shopping, plus a SMAP CD entitled Arigatou and a thank you card. XD
This was really an enjoyable night, plus free flow of wine (2 bottles of white & a bottle of red)! Again, contribution of Kim san! ^^
