dereck is seriously the sweetest, most adorable guy i've ever met. last night i went over to his apartment to take a nap so that i could make sure he got up on time for work (he had been up since 9:30 the night before). after the nap, he gave me an article he had found about niacin. it talked about how low levels of niacin can cause depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. so... i'm gonna get some niacin supplements at work today and see what that does.
