ships I have loved, wrong!ships, lonely ships

Appropriate that I use the dark ships icon that is based on the drawing sylasyliasylia did before when she was doing a drawing meme.

I've had to update my Ships I have Loved post with three new ones. :) Henry Fitzroy/Vicki Nelson from Blood Ties, Tim Riggins/Lyla Garrity from Friday Night Lights and also *gasp* a new non-canon, wrong!ship of the loneliest,

Interesting idea. I can see the potential but I can't bring myself to it because I love Matt so much.
I like Matt as a character, too but the Julie/Matt pairing I see as one of those experimental first love things that I can't imagine lasting forever, so for me it's not the stuff of which OTPs are made. As a general rule, I'm such a cliché because I like opposites attracting, sparkage and that sort of thing. For me Matt and Julie will probably end up being really good friends but they don't make me go: "oooooh and woooooh" for instance the way Logan and Veronica used to in the Good Old Days - ie. before the Dark Days :P

I like the notion of Julie/Tim because once they both grow up a bit, there is potential for a lot of chemistry and sparkage. They're both very different, distinct people who might be interesting if they came within each other's ambit.

I really, really dislike Kara/Lee.
I'm not a Kara/Lee shipper either, but for BSG it was the primary, dominant ship. Most of the fan fic was for that pairing, there were other pairings but they were the OTP and that group had a fairly strong voice until there was backlash and all sorts of crap :D
