How much do I adore skwidfan? She doesn't even watch Battlestar Galactica let alone ship Apollo/Sharon (we met via Cedric/Hermione, another one of my non-canon pairings ;), but she took pity on me in my pitifulness and made 3 lovely image manips for me :) ( Hee! )

Oh my god, I love you! Thank you so much! I adore this song - and the Dutch version is the best! The Germany version is too hocky for me :)

I agree Dutch is generally quite hocky, but for some reason for this song it's much smoother. Thanks again. I'm so happy to have it at last. Err, I did a whole post about it ;) Did you see the Korean transcription I posted the other day for Someone like you? So awesome - now we can both sing along ;)

Younger. Conceptually he has known all his life about ships because I've been incurably shippy since I was young, see here, he just didn't know the phrase. :D

I think, by your description, Apollo is going to need a shirt that says 'Don't hate the playa! Hate the game!'

And I guarantee you I'll find them... I will, like you if I dislike the main pairing from the getgo, I go looking for minor pairings... I do this all the time. Even if I do like a major pairing (Harry/Hermione or House/Cuddy) I'll go run with the little guy because it's more fun.

The primary pairing is Kara/Lee ie. Starbuck/Apollo and the two of them have lashings of chemistry. It's just for me, they often feel more like brother and sister than lovers. HP fandom was wonderful for me - it made me realise that lots of people like playing with their imagination and aren't necessarily constrained by canon. I love the challenge of balancing canon with imagination. It's hugely fun.

To be honest, you might like the character of Helo because he's very much a Cedric character - good, brave, hot, heroic :)

Oh he's just wearing a fat suit! Besides, what I love most about Lee is his face. I don't mind the rest ;) I don't lust after the rest of him like I lust after Ronon, Sheppard or Michael Scofield ;)

Come on, look here. Apollo's face is beauteous. I love Apollo's face and eyes, although Ronon trumps him with voice and body. *laugh* Sometimes Apollo sounds a bit kermitty.

*laugh* Beeeee careful! Not only are there huge numbers of Kara/Lee fans on my list there are also Lee/Dee fans and many Helo/Sharon shippers - some of them extremely rabid. I tread on shippy eggshells with each post ;)

Oh there are also Anders/Kara and Kara/Helo fans on my friends list. :)

I only get to watch it every once in awhile. The rest of my housemates are not of the liking of it. They think it's a ripe off of the old old show. IT's beside the point this one is doing so much better then the old show.

I'm after Apollo for myself, so I will take on anyone else. LOL! I have Lincoln with me on this one.
