Oh the Winchester brothers were soooooo cute in this episode. I mean they always are but there were just some beautiful family moments and funny and touching quotes in this one.
Screencaps from

Dean on seeing the scarecrow
"Dude - you fugly!"
Hee! :)
"That" conversation between the brothers. *sob*
The look in Sam's eyes when Dean tells him that he envies him for being able to stand up for himself. That's when Sam realises something about family.
Dean while being tied up to be left for scythe wielding scarecrow possessed by pagan god which is going to come and murder him as part of an annual human sacrifice ritual
"I hope your apple pie is freaking worth it!!!"
I love the way he's still snarky even in the face of death - and his disdain for their perfect apple pie ;)
Family
Sam: I still wanna find dad and you're still a pain in the ass.
Sam: But Jess and mom ... they're both gone..... and Dad is god knows where, you and me .... we're all that's left. So if we're gonna see this through. We're gonna do it together.
Dean looks back at Sam silently .... seriously ....
Dean continues to look back at Sam silently .... but not quite so seriously ....
Dean: Hold me Sam ... that was beautiful ...
*choke*
*grin* Dean is soooooooo funny. I've noticed he's always a smart ass and a smart alec when poor Sam's trying to be serious and 'family'. Thing is, when Sam's not around, Dean allows himself to be vulnerable and admit how much he worries about his little brother.
Updated: Some clips from the episode below:
First meeting. Dean's asking questions, the aunt and uncle obfuscate and Emily (who looks a bit like Jewel Kilcher) comes along to helps out.
Second meeting. Dean's returned from looking at the scarecrow and asks Emily a few questions.
Dean and Emily trapped in the cellar. Then it's the scene where they are tied up in the orchard. This contains the classic line: "I hope your apple pie is freakin' worth it!"
This is the eventual escape and the ending of the episode. The line 'what scarecrow' is one of the scariest things in history :P
Ummm, this is Dean saying 'Dude you fugly'. It's not a Dean/Emily scene at all but I love it. Ahem.
