I'm really happy and content here. (:
I don't care if there "isn't much to do"; I'm happy just walking around and whatnot. I'm happy being able to AIM/Tweet my wife, I'm happy to roll around the grass with my friend and generally be silly, and I'm happy to be able to just...live.
I'm seriously thinking about moving here, but I just have to see a few things first. ♥
On an unrelated note, access, my favourite J-fandom is releasing a new single soon! I really can't wait to see what new fans they bring ^_^ New DA Family fans are the best, and I honestly love interacting with them and spamming them with old, lulzy access. I guess I'm lucky that the fanbase of them is so...lax. o__o
There's a reason we're called DA family. We share the same common interest in one thing - Daisuke Asakura, and the music/bands he works with and/or produces; the drama is quickly forgotten. Honestly I'm really grateful that the members are so patient and bringing of the news. I've seen a few fandoms where some of the members are redic uptight; both in Kpop and Jrock and it just...it doesn't bug me, but it makes me really sad. ):
A fanclub is just that, a club.
Shouldn't the love of the same person, group, or even thing bind you together, and not shove you apart or make you want to even leave the fandom?
Shouldn't you be able to fangirl over it, and not have to worry about someone exploding if you get one tiny thing inaccurate by mistake because you can't remember all those small details?
Shouldn't you be able to lightly and POLITELY debate over whether single A from 2008 was lightly better than single B from 2009, or whatever? (Yeah right, like this is going to ever happen.)
Shouldn't you be able to spend hours fangirling over person A because you and a stranger share the same interest and love/respect of him or her? It always makes me happy when people share the same biases or loves as I do, because...it makes me feel closer to that person and even respect them.
Shouldn't you be able to freely get into bands and be allowed to be slightly newbish at first because you're JUST learning the band breakdown? You were new twoards the fandom as well, once upon a time. See it from their point of view and cut them some slack. Point them in the right direction and don't go all GOD WARRIOR B| or HDU LIKE SO AND SO on them. Jfc no wonder I left the Jrock fandom.
Man, I remember first getting into access and having no clue what the hell I was listening to and being so confused as to why something so flamboyant even existed. :| I remember first getting into MBLAQ and SHINee and I couldn't tell anyone apart LOLOLOL. And I had helpful people and fans to point me in the right way. now I know about Spiral Spiders (Jfandom) and Isak n Jiyeon (Kfandom), talk about obscure shit.
