Ohio Star Ball (competition!) in 10 days; Third Eye Blind Concert in 2!!!
I am officially a ballroom dance addict.
Mike and I set up a practice schedule, and we managed to practice today for about 2 hours before the group lesson with Charles! It's quite exciting - tomorrow we're practicing more samba (which is easily my favorite dance at the moment) and then learning American Smooth from Eric (and possibly Adrienne)! Then the group lesson with Laura...
We're not crazy. Nor are we bitter because of DCDI results. I promise!
In other news, class is going okay, I'm getting my act together (although I did teach myself how to french braid my own hair [I didn't know how to french braid before!] during my seminar today...), but I do need to find time to go to the gym and run. I would go tomorrow, but I'm donating blood, going to an advising appointment, and then doing some actual work if I'm not practicing. and then hanging out with Marteen after practice, maybe?? Third Eye Blind concert is this friday! Then birthday celebrations! [Yes, I'm finally 18!!!] :33
