Tutoring the tutorous about tutoring?

Today I'm back to work because I knew there is some external help to teach us using the scanners we'we bougt to digitalize the entire ammount of houses we have in my community. (for those of you who forget or don't know, I work at the local community center at the archives dealing with the public records of all buildings here)

So I persuaded my wife to stay home today with the kid (who's still sick) so I could be there to learn how they do it. We'we had a external company do this for us, but they'we made such a mess that we have to do it ourselves insted. We fired them half a year ago, and today we'r going to continue doing the work. We'we hired the leader of the external company to teach us how to do it. So this was planned to happen half a year ago, but because the others who shall preform the scanning here wasn't done with the work they had we had to wait untill now. All of the time it's been put off by a week or two. So before x-mas it was final, this week it was supposed to be, no matter what. I'we expressed that I'd like to learn too, because I know I'm one of the four who have to do this no matter what they think. The others working at the archive is 50+ and can't use a PC too well. So I was told I could untill this morning.

Today I'm told that I'm not full-time enployed and must wait untill the others is done so they can teach me. The same ones I'we been teaching how to use our computer system for the last six mounths. The system was installed in 2002 and I had to teach them some of the basics when I started working here. Because I'm not full-time I have to get the second hand info and learn what they remember of a three day lesson. I think it was a diagram somewhere of what you remember from what you'r told and how little that is the older you get.
